2011 Honda CR V

The 2011 Honda CR V is maneuverable in tight quarters and handles well on winding roads. It’s also stable in stiff crosswinds at freeway speeds. The new CR V has a 60/40-split fold-down rear seat that means you don’t have to compromise rear passenger comfort when carrying a passenger and extra long cargo. This creates a greater cargo capacity; both rear seats can be folded forward for hauling larger items. It rides smoothly, without the junky harshness. The new Honda CR-V comes with a Real Time 4 Wheel Drive system. When the traction of all four wheels are needed, such as on slippery roads, the system automatically engages the wheels for maximum tire grip. Real Time 4-Wheel Drive is a hydraulically actuated system that operates only when front-wheel slippage occurs.

The 2011 Honda CR V has reduced engine idle vibration. Also fluid-filled engine mount is used at the engine’s inertial-axis mounting point making this car very quiet on the road. Uniqueness with The 2011 Honda CR V is the Grade Logic Control automatically downshifts or up shifts when driving down or up a hill.

It differs from other computer-controlled shift programming because it determines actual driving situations based on six different stored shift maps and based on that data, selects appropriate shift points. 2011 Honda CR V is well equipped. Standard equipment includes air conditioning with micron filtration, AM/FM/cassette/CD stereo, cruise control, an adjustable steering column, power mirrors, power windows, power four-wheel-disc brakes, front and rear power outlets.

For added security on The 2011 Honda CR V is the coded key, if the code agrees with the code in the Power train Control Module or PCM, the PCM lets the driver start the engine. Drives like a compact car that has 8.1 inches of ground clearance. Pleasantly maneuverable, but even mildly aggressive cornering means tire squeal and scrub, copious body lean. LX 4WD comes standard with a five-speed manual transmission, but is also available with an automatic. Side-impact air bags are optional. Aluminum wheels are available as a dealer-installed accessory. It’s unfortunate that Honda offers ABS only as part of the high-trim CR-V EX package. A buyer shouldn’t be forced to buy things he or she may not want in order to get this important system. Honda says in the future it will be including more safety features as standard equipment.

The 2011 Honda CR V model come with added safety features which include the side air bag which inflate to help protect the driver or front passenger’s upper body. Honda took this safety technology a step further than its competitors with its Occupant Position Detection System; if a child is leaning into the deployment path of the side air bag the new sensors deactivate it. Efficient and well-built, 2011 Honda CR V also appeals for relative comfort, refinement, and spaciousness. V6 rivals have more brute power, but no small SUV beats this Honda for design intelligence, proven reliability, and resale value. Strong demand means scarce discounting, though. The CR V offers good road manners, class-leading interior space, and lots of conveniences.
