2011 Toyota Corolla
The Toyota Corolla has always been one of the leading cars that people buy when they are looking for smaller sedan. However, over the years it has not changed that much. Yes, they may have been some slightly differences in the exterior and interior parts of the car, but no major overhauls. So what is about the Corolla that keeps people coming back to it? After all, the car has been the leading cars sold in this segment of cars, so there must be something about the car that keeps people coming back. If you compare the power of the car to the years past of the car, then you are going to find that today the car does not have as much power. And when comparing the gas mileage of the car to other cars in the segment, the Corolla is still not making the cut since most of these cars are trying for forty miles per gallon.
In all honesty, the Corolla is much the same as it was years ago when it was being produced. The only differences now being that the steering is much easier and the brakes are much more safer. The car has received new headlights and taillights for the 2011 model year, which is going to be the most noticeable thing that people are going to see. So how does it drive? And being that is a small car, can those people that are a bit taller than most handle actually riding in the car?
First things first, Toyota has done an excellent job of keeping the interior spacious, those that sit in the front seats are going to have ample room, while those in the back are going to have room as well. Thus, those that have a family can rest assure that everyone will fit into the car with ease, even the tall people. Driving wise, people are going to find that at highway speeds the car moves as though it is swimming through water, meaning that you won't have any major commotions that are going to make you dread driving the car. So is the 2011 Corolla worth your time to look into?
This is the hard question that everyone wants to know. In all honesty, if Toyota wants people to take a step back and come to the Corolla from other competitors, then they are going to have to do some major redesigning. The Corolla has been the same for years and those that are buying these are usually those loyal consumers who want nothing more than Corolla because they have had such good luck with them. However, to attract more people some changes are going to have to be made. Take a 2011 Corolla and place it side by side to a Corolla from 2004 or 2003 and you can see the many similarities that the two have between one another. It is time to revamp the image if they are wanting to attract more people, as well as integrate some new technology in order to keep the car running with the big boys that offer better gas mileage and more room.
