The 2012 Buick Lacrosse eAssist is going to be one of the cars that is going to suppose the most people when it is released to the market. It is this eAssist technology that is making this car so attractive to those that are looking for a new family sedan. However, the sedan in terms of its looks are not something that you are going to write off as the next granny mobile. Thanks to the redesigns that Buick put the car through in 2009, the car has proven to be one that the majority of people are happy with. However, they have constantly made improvements along the way with numerous aspects that has made this car one for those that are looking for something special. However, it is this new technology that has everyone talking and waiting for the car to be released.

The 2012 Buick Lacrosse eAssist is a technology that is helping the car to be more green. However, that does not mean that the Lacrosse is going to be offered with a green badge or be called a hybrid. General Motors does not consider their car to be one of these cars. However, for those that are interested they are going to see an improvement of about 25% from the last years model, which means people are going to see around 37 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in the city. Not bad for a full size sedan that was once referred to as a boat of a car.

They claimed that this was hybrid technology during the time and people were not interested when there was bigger and better ways to make the hybrid technology work for them. They have changed the batteries that help run the system, with lithium ion batteries that are known to be much better than other batteries that are out on the market. And they also allowed for the engine to control the fuel injection that it has much better than it has been able to in the past. Making the Lacrosse one of those cars that people are going to want to own.

The ride quality of the 2012 Buick Lacrosse has not changed much in fact people are going to see that they are still riding in what many deem to be one of the most comfortable cars that are out there. However, the person is going to notice that they have much better gas mileage, which is a must with the high price of gasoline.
