BMW Posts Earning Increases for November
BMW and Mercedes have always been in competition with one another. Their vehicles are considered the most luxurious ones on the market, and are catered to a much higher class of people. However, this time, BMW has come out in front of Mercedes with their sales rising around 19.8%, which was way ahead of the sales that Mercedes has posted.
The reason for the increase in sales, BMW has contributed to the sales of their sedans and SUV's. More people want quality vehicles that are going to last them longer, while still wanting a car that performs well and accommodates the entire family. This is something that BMW has been targeting, and the result has paid off.
The majority of automakers reported that their November sales were up in the double digits. Great news for the economy, as well as these automakers. However, the sales increase does not stop with the United States, automakers in other countries are also reported that sales have increased slightly during the month of November. The reason is that more automakers are offering incentives to purchase their vehicle, giving more in return for the person's trade in and basically doing everything in their power to make sure that their brands stay in the eye of the public. So far, so good. However, the future is still blurry, as who knows what will happen in a few months, but fingers are crossed that the automakers continue to have success and growth.
In regard to BMW, they say that the figures are a combination of not only the BMW brand, but the Mini and Rolls Royce brand as well, both of which are crowd favorites. The Mini brand sports amazing gas mileage, thus the appeal to the public as gas prices continue to rise. However, BMW and Rolls Royce may not be known for their excellent gas mileage, but are known for their incredible luxury.
