KIA has really increased their reputation for building quality cars and SUV's, and with that being said, for 2012 they are having the Sorento, which is probably one of the better selling models that they have on their lineup. There are going to be quite a few changes that are going to take place on the Sorento this coming up year, and it should be changes that are going to encourage people to buy this. Probably the biggest change that people are talking about is the fact that there is going to be a new engine in the Sorento, which is making many people very happy. The new engine is going to be a new direct fuel injection 2.4 liter, four cylinder engine that is very similar to the engine that is found in the Kia Optima. And how is this a change? The older version of Sorento's used a 2.4 liter, four cylinder engine as well, but without the direct fuel injection. And the big change is going to be better gas mileage, which is something that most people are super excited about.
There are quite a few other changes that are going to be made on the Kia Sorento, the ability to have power folding side mirrors, which can come in useful when a person is taking their SUV through a car wash. Though this may seem like a small change, most of the changes that are being made are small, but are meant to add to the whole value of the vehicle. There is going to be the new Uvo hands free entertainment system, exclusively offered by Kia, available for those that want this installed in their Sorento. Add in the fact that there will no longer be the standard third seat added to the Sorento, but people can still have this as an option if they so choose.
Another option on the Sorento is going to be the availability of the back up cameras and sonar that is going to be available no matter the model that people are buying. Kia is also changing the material that the seats are made of, which is meant to offer better protection against stains and other liquids that could be spilled on these seats, especially for those that have children. These seats are supposed to reduce the chances of having static electricity as well, which is always good news for those that spend a lot of time in their vehicle.
There are quite a few other changes that are meant to enhance the luxury of these vehicles and help those that want to make sure that they are driving the best. . The new changes are something that most people are looking forward to, which means that people are going to find that the Sorento will more than likely stay as one of the best selling SUVs for the company. And they may even see the Sorento going up in sales as the price is slated to be one of the best that is on the market, and with the impressive fuel mileage, it is a win win situation for all those involved.

It’s not particularly loud, so our hearing it may be more a result of everything else being so quiet. At highway speeds, conversations between front and back seat were easy at normal speaking volume. 2011 Kia Optima excels at providing surprisingly good transportation at a reasonable cost, several hundred dollars less on each model this year than less, in fact. Don’t expect the name Kia to be the talk around the water cooler, but your monthly payment will be something to talk about, especially in conversations that include the warranty, the roadside assistance plan, and all the standard features.
2011 Kia Optima is based on the platform of the current Hyundai Sonata and shares its engine and suspension layout; no doubt if you like one, you’ll like the other.
